Input® - Christine Carpenter

Christine is right. She passionately explains, "Breast cancer is a political issue. If we're going to end breast cancer, we need everyone to get involved in politics."

Diagnosed with breast cancer in 1993 (pre-Internet!), Christine said her Input® strength "kicked in" and she quickly dug into all the books, resources, and information available.

Due to advice she read in a book, she joined the National Breast Cancer Coalition (NBCC) and has been the Iowa Field Coordinator since 1993! She has spent decades meeting with Senators and Representatives as well as eager political candidates traipsing across the state. I've witnessed Christine's relentless approach in the halls of Congress and have been blown away by her passion, commitment, and knowledge she puts toward ending breast cancer. Thank you for putting your strengths in play and living your legacy, Christine.
